During my internship at Actualize Consulting in Reston, VA, I enhanced client profile management in Kyriba by initiating RPA database optimizations, collaborated on RPA UI path debugging, developed an internal cybersecurity questionnaire database, and gained practical experience in client engagement through active participation in virtual meetings.
